Bill Me Later - Garry Itkin - Lawrence Kong ripoff billed for merchandise I di not receive-refused to refund bill-me-later keeps adding interest & late charges!

I DID NOT RECEIVE the items I ordered.
I did not receive any notice that the items had even been shipped.

A month later I received a bill from Bill Me Later - I contacted them because I did not receive the merchandise, and this company fraudulently billed me for something I did not receive.

Eventually - A "partial" refund was issued.
But Bill-Me-Later keeps adding late fees and interest charges to the $20!! My last bill from them was for $84.27!!

For something I never received!!!

Can they get away with this?
Neither company has been any help and both refuse to accept responsibility for this issue - each passing me off to the other!

This is FRAUD that I was charged $20.65 - and now being billed over $80!! For something I DID NOT RECEIVE!!! Which is going to end up on my credit report - because I have refused to pay the Bill-Me-Later bill!

Stay away from BIDZ.com - the merchandise is crap (not even close to the value they claim), their customer service is not existent and they have conspired with BILL-ME-LATER to rip you off!
