I placed an order from doxylingerie.com on Sept. 14 today is Sept 24, I have tried everything to get in contact with them. I ordered a Nurse Halloween Costume worth 62.95 incluiding shipping, I started getting worried once I got the email confirmation stating they recieved my order, I printed that email with my order #. After 4 days of checking the status with the link they sent me I wrote to [email protected] and nothing.
So I wrote to them one more time giving them the benefit of the doubt, and no answer so I wrote to there stock email and nothing, finally I wrote to there customer service at [email protected] and still no response. So i decided to call my bank after I read over 60 customers have been ripped off, and I am now working with bank to refund my money, all I want is to have cooperation from the owner Jennifer.
