Ripoff promised twice to refund $500 for 1StepSystem, even after 1StepSystem ordered him to do so
In March I paid Mr. Joe Richey of SwapSellTrade.com (and Wholesalebible.com) $500 as his commission to join 1StepSystem.com, with him as my sponsor. At the same time I paid 1StepSystem (1SS) $97. Before the 30 day refund policy expired, I requested a $97 refund from 1SS and received it from them. ...
