I bought a HP Computer system from Circuit City and was given 3 rebate forms that added up to $310. They were $170, $100, $40. I sent in all the requested items for each rebate and received one check for $40. The salesman at Circuit City said the rebates totalled $310. I am not going to cash this check. I am reporting HP to the NC Dept. Of consumer affairs and filing a complaint withthat agency. I am going to call Circuit City and if they can't help me I will sue in small claims court for $310.00
