Emachines - Circuit City
Rebate Ripoff, said postmark was past 30 days, I sent all my rebates on the same day, I received Circuit City rebate check

I just received a postcard from emachines for their Holiday Desktop Rebate stating my submission was not postmarked within 30 days of purchase date.

I sent my all five of my rebate forms out a week after my purchase that Circuit City was promoting. I have received only one from Circuit City all others (4) I have not received. Since they all have a expiration of 30 days after purchase how is it that Circuit City received the rebate request and emachine did not.

This is ridiculous!!! I did wasn't interested in buying another Gateway product but the promotion was a good one and coming from a reputable store like Circuit City I believe the rebate offers were legitimate.

Unfortunately, like many here we found out otherwise.

I hope we can recoup our monies, I will never purchas another Product from this company again that is a definite.
