I was ripped off by cooltvproducts last winter
i ordered and did not recieve. Well, i did not take this lightly and proceeded to get my money back. For all you who have been ripped off by them the time is now!
I have recieved info today from the state of connecticut dept of consumer fraud that cooltvproducts has filed for BANKRUPTCY under chapter 11. The docket # is 02-31101 and the last day to file the claim is July 15.
Thier attorney is Peter Ressler, you may contact him at 203-777-5741. I called myself today and you need to speak to a person named Jody to get the info to file the complaint
The letter states that if you paid by credit card, to please go back to your financial institution and request a charge back. If you have already tried to do that with no luck, than file a claim for restitution with the bankruptcy court.
