I ordered a Thunder Stick from CoolTVProducts on January 8th. They acknowledged my order and I sent a check for 49.00 which they deposited on January 18th. I have sent numerous emails, Brian McMahon replied to my emails on Jan. 31 and said that they had been attacked by a malicious virus and that they had been offline for over a week. He said it usually takes 7 to 10 days for the order to come. He didn't said 7 to 10 days from when.
This is February 22 and they have not answered any emails and I have been sending them daily. When you call the numbers listed, no one answers, there is no listing for either address listed in the Ct, because I called 411 and they could not find one.
Today when I tried to call up their web page a message came up that I was forbidden to enter their website. I would like to know what I can do to get my money back. I should have ordered by credit card, but didnot want to give my credit card number over the internet.
This is the first time I have ever ordered anything over the internet and it is the last time. A hard learned lesson, because $50.00 is a lot of money to through away. Thanks for listening to my complaint
