We ordered the bun & thigh rocker from CoolTVProducts.com on 12/7/01. According to my credit card receipt they got their money on 12/8/01. It was to be delivered by Christmas. No product has come. I have spoke with my credit card company, filed a dispute and they have been notified of the dispute. They have 45 days to show proof that this product has been delivered to me. WHICH IT HAS NOT!!! I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to them. I finally got through to a voice mail and left a message, no answer.
