I orederd ink and requested and paid for 3 day shipping, on the thrid business day I called the company and they said they faild to ship it 3 day and would send it priority mail. They only refunded what I paid for 3 day shipping.
I recieved the priority mail package and the black ink I ordered was defective and and leaked all the ink into the package. I got ink on my hands, clothes, and carpet.
I called the company and all they said was to return all ink they shipped and then they would issue a refund. They refused to do any partial or full refund eventhough they said they have a 100% customer satisfaction policy.
