I bought a $169 makeup case from Yazmo.com and although it seemed to be of poor workmanship I decided to try it anyway. After one use, one of the latches broke. I tried contacting Yazmo via email numerous times (4 times) and they NEVER responded to my email requests. I tried calling them a number of times, yet they do not answer the phone - all calls go to an answering machine (how professional is that?). I did leave messages with my contact info and order number, yet they did not return any of my calls. At this time, their website touted "Award Winning Customer Service."
I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Los Angeles to handle the situation, and they also reported that Yazmo did not return their calls. Yazmo.com now has 6 complaints filed against them with the BBB and rates the company an "F". I strongly concur with that rating.
