Same old thing... Aol refuses to refund money after trying free trial for only two weeks. They charged my credit card asap. Did not wait even 2 weeks, though the trial was supposedly for 90 days. Wrote, called, faxed. When calling, as others say, no avail. Thier customer service is outsourced to a foriegn country, and the folks there can't even speak english understandably, or proper.
Finally— aol says it takes 90 days to credit my account. "ninety days" to credit back something i didn't even buy?
It is so sad that aol is in such bad shape that they have to use fraud to keep money afloat in thier accounts... I cannot believe the number of people on this website, itn the thousands—who have the same number. Law suits, consumer affairs complaints... Do i have to do that in order to get a lousy $25 credited back to my account???
