Ought several medications online from frontier pharmacy. Never receieved a confirmation email. Tried calling the phone number 4 times— always conveniently busy. Used website to "track order" 10 times over three days, always received message that the medicine just had to be approved by my doctor and it would be shipped.
When i wrote to website's customer service to inquire (4 times), the letter was never sent— after pushing "send, " the same screen would appear, but now with red caps instructing me to fill in all the fields. (and, yes, they were all filled in.)
three days later i have a charge for $19.95 from bfiti.net on my credit card.
* i call Bank of America (where my credit card came from) and report fradulent charges on my card. They try contacting frontier pharmacy to no avail. They issued an email to this company cancelling my order and asking the money be returned to me. I was told that it would be 30 days before the money would be credited to my account by bank of america if frontier pharmacy didn't respond.
