Ripoff failed to tell how could retrieve my documents off of died hard drive before shipping old one back

I finaly get the replacement hard drive for my hp pavilion ze 2000 note book and have to call up tech support to find out how to get the old one out of the note book. When i called tech support i also asked them if there was some place around in my area that could get my documents of the died hard drive as the repair shopps around this small town have closed up or moved and there is no one that i have called that had the equipment to do it. They said that they didnot think so but would look in to it. Then they told me when i had them on the phone that i need to call them before i shipped it back to let them know that i was shipping it and they would let me know about if there was a place in my area at that time.

So i got the old one out and boxed it up and called them and they said no that there was now place in my area. I told them that i could not get my documents to back up for about two weeks to disc and the guy fron india "SAID TO ME" that is your problem not ares. So i said i am the one that is out gain and took the box to the fedex drop off center and ask the drive how was there for a receipt and he said that i could get one from the drop off center with the tracking numbers laster the next day as the shipping tag did not have a tracking number on it.

Let it be the next day the support tech email me and said that he found a places in the next town and it was a radio shake and they could do it. I told him that i had to call the drop off center to get the tracking number and i would call him with it so he could have it sent back to me to get my documents taken of and let it be that the center could not find the slip that the drive left for m with them and so they could not give me the tracking numbers to give to the guy from india.

So i was not able to give hime the tracking number so he could not stop the shipment and send it back to me. I told him that they should have the return shipping tracking numbers for it all ready and she said they do not log them. SO hp screwed me agian and that is some thing they are good at doing to people!
