I had VoIP service with iConnectHere the first of the year, and was forced to drop it in February when the Enhanced-911 service couldn't verify my address. August 8th I checked into the company again, and after getting verified, I signed back up with them.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone told me that I would receive 30 days free. No mention was ever made about them going on ahead and attempting to withdraw money from the checking account that went with the debit card that I used.
I have tried to contact them over the phone, and all I have gotten was a recording telling me that I needed to email them or utilize the chat that they have to talk to someone about my account.

To make a log story short, they have lied to me about the 30 free days, and I have had a working phone with them about every other day so far.
They are not a company that I would recommend to anyone! Their customer service is practically non-existent, and they aren't even willing to acknowledge that promise of 30 free days.
