Iconnecthere.com/Delta Three, Inc. Completely misrepresented itself. When I first signed up for this service, I checked for the minimum requirements for the phone service and not once did it indicate that I may need to purchase a Broadband Router if my cable modem only had one ethernet port... Of course this information is listed under the FAQ section, but not the signup page!
When I tried to activate my service and follow the instructions from the enclosed brochure by going through the "Setup Wizard", I encountered problem after problem. Either it kept reading "error" or the webpage would not connect to the "Member Center".
I sent 5 emails to complain... Not once did I get a response!
Oh and by the way, the whole "24/7 customer service"... Wrong! No 1-800 # and definetly not 24/7!! If I recall correctly, you can only call a Customer Care Rep. From Sun-Fri until 10:00pm GST! GST?
I am completly dissatisfied and disgusted with this company! If your looking for a VOIP service... This is not the one!!!
