The Three-Headed Beast Of Deception Ripoff, Fraudulent Advertising, Dishonest, Crookediest Crooks, Three Headed Beast of Deception, Bad Business Practices

Warning to All! If a deal sounds too good to be true ($65 for a logo) it probably is. I had to learn the hard way.

My small company needed a new logo and I decided to use Theous for their logo design services after finding their ad on the internet.

My card was charged on August 25. The same day I received a logo questionaire from Winnie Gozon, asking me for information about the logo wanted. I returned it and the next day I received another email from her telling me to expect 7 days for working samples of the logo. I checked my credit card statement online and saw an unfamiliar company name, Infinology and googled them. It was then that I saw all the consumer complaintss regarding Theous, Infinology and Sophea.

I wanted to call Theous immediately and cancel my order but my husband told me to wait the 7 days and give them the benefit of the doubt. So I gave them 7 working days.

On the morning of the 8th day I emailed Winnie Gozon asking for the promised logo samples and I mentioned that I read the consumer complaintss on the internet. She replied with a polite "thank you for your follow-up" email and had an excuse about a virus in the system and they would try to get the samples to me the next day after reformating and reinstalling the system.

I called my credit card company immediately and told them of the situation. They told me to make an attempt to get a refund and if I didn't have any success to call back and they would take over.

So I waited until the next afternoon to call Theous.
I called one of the many phone numbers listed on the internet and asked for the billing department. I was given another phone number to call, 404-806-8141. I called that number and the woman who answered sounded suspicious of me when I mentioned I wanted Billing or Accounting. She asked me my name and why did I want to speak to the billing department.

I told I wanted a refund, she said ok and put the phone down and I could hear her in the background giving directions to someone on a computer to look my name up. She came back to the phone and told me I had the wrong number. She told me I had Telemarketing and to call 1-877-883-2248 ext. 2 and speak to Patchana who could help me. Before I hung up I asked her for her name and she called herself Grace Chris (or Christ)

I called the next number. The phone just rang and rang. No voicemail. I called the main number back and spoke to a receptionist who called himself Yuri Spencer. Again I asked for the billing department. He then told me to email Winnie Gozon, the Logo Project Manager and tell her I wanted a refund and stop work on the logo.

They were all very polite to me on the phone and in emails. This whole phone obstacle was obviously meant to frustrate their customers (victims) and make them give up. I just called my credit card company and reported them.

Don't let this happen to you! I hope you read this before deciding to do business with Infinology, Theous, or Sophea the three-headed beast of deception.
