I recieved my bill. Seen that esbi was on there. I was like um no. I didn't sign up for this.
So I called the toll free number. I talked to a lady and she gave me a false number to cancel this crap. I called back again. This guy answered and sounded like he didn't know what he was doing.
He told me that it was canceld and that I still had to pay the $14.05 for this stupid voice mail crap! I see that this is happening to alot of people. I'm guessing Verizon is in on it.
Someone please help! This isn't fair to any of us. Get rid of Verizon!
