Pogo claims that if you win a jackpot spin you will be awarded with that jackpot. Be it cash or other prizes.
On January 30 I had won a $25 gift card from Target stores as a jackpot spin.
I filled out the proper paperwork and waited for 3 months because Pogo says it may take up to 3 months before your prize is delivered. 3 months went by and I contacted customer service which they said they will look into the matter.
Few e-mails were exchanged with different customer service reps each telling me that the investigation was still on going.
Finally, I received an e-mail stating that my prize was forfeited due to using an illegal cheat program.
I challenged their claim stating when I won the prize I was using my work's computer and there is no way I can install a cheat program due to having strict limitations on my workstation's computer. As in I cannot install any type of software without my administrator's knowledge.
Pogo's customer service rep stated that they had proof that I had used a cheat program to win the prize which I in turn said show me your proof that I am able to install a cheat program on my work's computer without my administrator knowledge. Pogo said they didn't have to show the proof.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which turned out nothing but kept on file.
I have learned from other people that they have won prizes and was never rewarded.
