February 4 I won a $1,667.00 jackpot in the Keno game on Pogo. My actual prize was doubled ($2,334.00), as I am a paying member and have been for close to six years. I filled out all the pertinent information (as instructed), to obtain my prize money (and printed copies of everything).
A couple days later Pogo e-mails me to inform me, my prize was forfeited. What? I sent 2 replies to them thinking maybe I had incorrectly filled out my prize winning information. Pogo then follows up with notification that my prize was forfeited due to an 'automated device' I had used to play the Pogo games. I researched their FAQ board about this allegation, and yes, they literally accused me of cheating!
I am willing to have a computer technician/expert troubleshoot my PC for this piece of equipment them claim I have installed on my PC, and I am also willing to take a polygraph test to prove to them I played the games honestly and fairly. I will also pay for these expenses.
Do they think, for one minute, I would pay a yearly fee to try and win a jackpot if, in the end as did happen, they called me a 'cheater' and I ended up with absolutely 'nothing'.
I have never been so upset over a false accusation in my life.
Can you please help me as I was instructed by Pogo that I have seven days to reply, now I'm down to 3 days!
