Unauthorized debit of 21.95 from checking account ripoff

I too have fallen victim to this so-called company Membership Plus. I have spoken with them repeatedly and have gotten absolutely no where. They keep saying the refund was issued to my account, but I check my records everyday and there has never been a refund from them. They will not let you speak to a supervisor nor will a supervisor return your calls. My bank was not helpful at all either, since they say I signed up for a payday loan and that is how the company obtained my information. But I explained to them repeatedly that I never authorized this company to debit my account. Has anyone ever received their money back?
