I ordered some satellite equipment from this company as per what they told me I should order and because of their so called support and warranty. I paid $100 for the equipment plus shipping and handling. What I received did not work with my equipment.
I emailed the company because you can never get through by phone. I needed a return authorization number. It took over a week once I sent the email.
I returned the equipment over two weeks ago and have not received a credit, or equipment I can use. I called the company on 5/23/02 and after about 8 calls I finally spoke with Vanesa. This was at 10AM. She assured me she would check and call me back before the end of the day. As of this writing, I have not heard from Vanesa and cannot get through to the company. The phone either rings with a no answer or it's busy.
