In August I purchased PhotoImpact 7 from Ulead via the internet. This purchase advertised a $20 rebate. On 1 September, I received the program and mailed all of the necessary information for the rebate to:

I received nothing - no rebate - not even an acknowledgement..
On 29 November, I mailed a follow-up letter with copies of everything I previously submitted. Again, no rebate or acknowledgement.
To date I have not received my rebate and not even the courtesy of a reply. None of my letters were returned, so obviously they were received by Ulead.
I submit this only to warn others to be wary of anything advertised by Ulead, especially rebates. Additionally, I might add that their PhotoImpact 7 program is mediocre at best.
