I order gift certificates by auction from City Spree all of the time. I have never had any problem, other than the long wait for the certificate and the high shipping fees. So, when they told me I would get a free coupon book if I gave them 7 friends names, I jumped at the chance. It has been months and still no book. I emailed them 3 times and never got a response. I tried to give them my friends emails again, but it said that I wasn't eligible because I had already been sent a book. I am very frustrated and just want my coupon book.
