I bought a computer from this business, I specifically paid the owner, Ron Snell, to come by my home & hook it up & he never did. My computer never worked right & eventually quit turning on all together. When I took it back to "upgrade", he took my computer & instead of handling things in a timely manner, it is almost 4 months later & I still haven't seen a penny. He has made excuse after excuse about why it's taking so long... I got tired of dealing with him, so I've had my parents call him day in & day out. When my parents get angry, he smarts off instead of having the "customer is always right" additude. (Which we haven't done anything but be patient, so he has no reason to not think we're "right customers") I was going to report him to the BBB, but when I got online to file, I saw where 11 people has already done so; and he has not responded to any of them. Conveniently for him, he is never in his store, it is closed half the time, so you have to deal with him over the phone rather than face to face. Ron has a way to give you the guilt treatment & sweet talk you into not being so angry; then the second you hang up the phone or leave the store you realize he totally just dealt you the most bull crap ever. He is just overall sketchy & people needs to know this before they do business with him!!!
