America Online Ripoff dishonest fraudulent withdrawal of money from my bank account

I signed up with aol on march 25th for a 90 day risk-free trial. I then called them back on 4/3/06 to cancell my account, the woman I talked to told me they had a really good parental block they could offer me if I would continue to stay with aol until she sent me an e-mail and a letter letting me know what offers they had. I still wanted to close my account so she gave me an extra 30 days to decide if I wanted to continue my service with aol. I did'nt receive anything from aol except a letter of continued service.

Then on 6/25/06 I received a bank statement telling me I had 4 checks that bounced I could not figure out why then the next day I got an other bank statement that showed that aol had withdrawn there 3rd payment of 30.90 out of my account so I called aol on 6/26/06 so I could tell them to close my account I was then told that 2 payments were withdrawn and would be refunded in 2-3 billing cycles for 56.80. I waited until the next day and called back again. This time I was told that there were 3 payments withdrawn from my account because they did'nt start my 90 days on the day that I signed up, instead they just took my first30 days because I signed up on the last day of there billing cycle. I told them that 90 days plus the extra 30 days I was given would not be up until 7/22/06 I then asked to talk to the manager and I was put on hold for about 5-10 minutes when he got back on the phone he told me there was no way he could tell me when my money was withdrawn and that it would be at least 10 days before they could refund my money.

I am planning on calling them again because I don't think I should have to wait even one more day to get my money when they were not supposed to withdraw anything more than the start-up fee of 30.90 until my 120 days were up. Now thanks to there mess up I now owe my bank alot of money in nsf fees and overdraft charges because aol's risk free trials are a BIG RIP OFF!!!
