On June 27 I registered with this website and was charged $29.95 for a subscription. They gave me a user name, password, access code. And ticket number. My printer was not working at the time and I wrote down the access code but evidently wrote it down incorrectly and I did not record my ticket number. Each time I try to log in to the website to use it, it refuses to accept anything. I have had no success in getting in touch with the company. They do not have a phone number where they can be reached and I have not had any success sending them an e-mail. Please help me. I realize it is only $29.95, but that is not the problem.
I want to use the website but cannot log in and use it.
This a ripoff to me.
