Eware, this is a billing company buying out parts of ibill, they charged my account and then said they couldnt find any info on me in their systems just three days after the charge. They are rude, they told me that they had canceled my account through this other company at least 10 times, and never did, they did sent a refund request through to the company and come to find out the company sent a refund approval to etelegate almost two months ago and this company was lying and telling me that they had no info on my refund. Telling me that there was nothing they could do to help me, just wait it out, dispute it with my bank, or get an attorney because they were tired of dealing with me. Just beware of who you do business with on the internet, there are a lot of people out there waiting to take advantage of you. I recommend using paypal. They are great.
