RealArmorofGod.com sells costumes and accessories. Their policy for returns or refused shipments is a return of 80% of the purchase price. I notified them in advance that I would be refusing the shipment that they were sending, as a courtesy. That was May 12. I am filing this report on June 26. The company lists a phone number on its website; no live person ever picks up or returns messages. The email address from which order info originates is '[email protected]'. This internally redirects to an internal address '[email protected]' (not.com), which results in a mail failure. Other addresses such as '[email protected]' from which I received pre-order info generate no errors, but neither do they seem to generate any response from company personnel. The company's attitude would appear to be that all sales are final, although that is not their written policy. I would advise people who need costumes, replica weapons and armor, or the other SCA-type merchandise offered at this company's website to shop locally or with an online retailer whose reputation and adherence to its own policies is known.
