I requested MSN dial-up and could not connect from my phone line, so I called MSN customer service and requested an immediate credit to my account, as there was never any service rendered. The phone rep. Was at a level of a ten-year old., but I clearly stated CANCEL THE ACCOUNT. It's still billed on my credit card 2 weeks later. I'd like to be part of a class action suit, because I'm so SICK nad tired of customer service HELL, and everyone making a full-time job out of recovering funds that are due.
