Was placing order for services thru Cons Dial Home. Had given credit card information and everything when at end of call was told I had to call Global Tel Network and pay them $25.00 also to use this service at which time I realized Something was wrong so I told representative no I did not want this service and not to transmit my charge. Called DISCOVER next day to check. Had a submitted charge of $116.34. Called Cons Dial Home rep and was told I did not cancel this transaction. Was told it would take 5-7 weeks to refund money to my account. Still had Discover account manager on other phone and she heard my entire conversation (even part where I asked for his supervisor and was told there was none) at which time she advised me that a refund had to be made in 15 days and she would connect me with the Dispute accounts department. I put in dispute and this is where I stand at present.
