I used this online filtering service and canceled the account.
They put the account on "Hold" but never cancelled it.
I went to open a new account but the software would not load properly.in spite of the software problem, the billing started.
I tried to load the program again, no success. Now, another billing is in effect. I ended up with three accounts in billing and I was not using ANY of them. Don't use this online filtering service. WiseChoice is much better.
BTW, they did not offer to adjust my debit card after all this surfaced.
