I purchased 3 slipcovers from slipcovershop.com After only two months one slipcover got a huge hole in it. I contacted the seller and included a photo and asked for a replacement. They said I had to ship it to them so they could determine if the product was defective. Apparently the photo I sent showing a huge hole in a new slipcover wasn't enough to prove there was a problem. They said IF they decided it was defective they would send me a new one and reimburse me shipping costs up to $10. Yeah, no thanks.in the meantime one of the other slipcovers is looking like it will do the same thing. Bottom line is these are not well made and the company isn't going to stand behind them once they fall apart on you.
