My husband was looking for unlimited music downloads and ended up on some site (he has no clue which one it was) He ordered his music downloads for a monthly charge and then I noticed the charge for $59.95 so I called the 800 number right away. They explained that they took the charge to cover for 5 years. They also said that there was going to be another charge for $99.95 and that they were cancelling both. But before they could do a refund they told me they needed the credit card number. I thought this was weird and really put up a fight about it. I did give them the information and haven't seen any unsual charges since.

My first call was back on March 3rd and still have not seen any refund. They told me it would take 2 weeks. So I called about 3 weeks later and was told it takes 21 business days. So I waited until almost the end of April and they said the money should be there any day now. I have called them several times and have gotten the same runaround.

I have asked for there address and was told they couldn't give that out. I found it on the Better Business Bureau website and confirmed it yesterday when my husband called. They gave him the address. He asked to speak to a supervisor and they said there are none and everyone there has the same athority.

There is something very fishy about this company. When my husband got the address the lady told him the company name is ELink Pay. Also when he made the first call the guy (Sam) said that they were having computer problems and to call back in 15 mins. My husband hung up and called back right away and the lady had no problems using her computer.

I contacted my bank but you need to do it within 60 days and I did it on day 63. I had no idea they could help me or I would of done it as soon as I didn't get my money when I was suppose to. Anyway I had some problems with my bank and I am trying to get it straightened out. It has been over 3 months and I still haven't seen any money at all. I have seen the information on how to get my money back but because it is past the 60 days I haven't tried it.

Could the American Embassy in the Philippines help? I am going to try the National Fraud Information Center but any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
