I wanted unlimited music downloads, which was advertised for $1.00 a month. I just assumed they were going to charge my account one dollar a month.
When I checked my account information I found a 59.95 and a $99.95 charge on my account. I called the number that was listed with the charges, 1-800-649-4065, and I was told that I subscribed to the unlimited download network and they automatically subscribed me to the healthydiscountcard.com and this was the charges for it.
I told them that I wanted a refund and they said this was o.K. Well ten day went by and there was no credit in my account. I called the number back and the lady told me that it takes 20-25 days for the money to be credited. I have waited 22 days.
I called the number again today and she says there was an error and now I have to wait another 20-25 days as of today. I asked for the tax I.D. And the address.
None of the information was provided to me, all she could tell me is that the information could be found on thier website, healtydiscountcard.com, and now I can not get into the website that she has provided.
Please Help and what can I do.
