Bob Cody, got in touch with me about starting a Super Store and to get everything started where I didn't have to do any thing except go into my account and make sure that it look okay for me.
So I had my girls look at it and it look like a warehouse. So they led me to believe they were going to fix it up but they didn't what they did. When I call them to complain about the store or my account, that's when they would get on their computer and make things happens and when they think that you not looking at your wed site they're in the clear.
But I didn't realize this until I brought the Platinum Super Store and Jeff sold me that and he wanted me to tell his support worker about me being a VIP. And I ran into more trouble than I needed because I had to call them all the time.
And finally I got fed up with them. They're unprofessional and so unorganized and I really didn't have an account because I couldn't get in or use my email address. I mean I couldn't do or use anything so I got so frustrated that I email and threaten I was turning them in to the Better Business Bureau and to cancel my account because they had went back on they agreement. They took my money and talk to me like a fool.
