I wish I had visited this site before ordering from this company. I placed an order for ink cartridges on May 23, the payment was withdrawn from my bank account on May 25. I thought everything was going good at this point. I also paid extra shipping to have it within 1 to 3 days. Well upon waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Now it is June 6. I called them on this day. First, a woman answers, mind you I have always documented everything I can when I call anyone of this nature. The first thing I notice is that when most customer service reps answer they identify themselves. Well, she did not. I explained everything to her, then she asked for my order number and I was going to ask her what her name was and no one answered me, the line went silent. Oh boy. Now I am definately worried. I waited about 4 minutes thinking she put me on hold. I hung up and called back. Now a man answers and still no identification of his name. I explain to him everything. Where is my ink??? Also to add I e-mailed them about 5 days ago asking for someone to respond with the status of my order. No response. So after being put on hold he comes back and explains to me that this ink is on back order. I asked him how hard would it have been to have notified me in some way about this. And what about the extra money I paid to have it here quicker? He said he would refund my money for shipping. So I ask him when are we expecting this ink to be in. He said this week. I explained to him I expect to see this ink no later than mid next week. So am I going to even get the ink? Probably not. Am I going to get a full refund if I ask for one, because after waiting this long I could have went somewhere else. And according to other complaints here it may not even work. Is this a scam, do I need to report this or what?
