I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses in June of this year over the internet at a website called bargaindepot.net. I even paid for next day delivery. However by the end of the week I had not received any deliveries.
I called the 1-877 number on their website and the operator told me she will contact customer serice and ask why my order had not been sent yet. She told me customer service would contact me to infrom me about my order. I never received any calls. So i called back a few days later and Iwas told the same thing, "customer service will get in touch with me." i told the operator i had been told that previously but no one has called me. She told me there's nothing else she can do. I asked for a direct line to customer service, but she told me there isn't one and hung up.
Since then i have been calling and calling and getting the same response. However, one day I got someone who looked into my order and told me it was on a 'back order' meaning that one of the sunglasses was not in stock, so they were waiting on the product to be able to ship it. Since I had been waiting for my sunglasses for over a month, and they still didn't have the product, I decided to cancel the order and asked for my refund. This is in July. The operator told me I would get my money, $69.75 back in my checking account since I used a credit card, in 3 weeks.
It's now mid september and it's back to the phone calls whereby am told customer service will contact me about my refund. Honestly, I just want people to be aware of this website and know they're rip-offs!!!
