Not sending any confirmation email to print the rebate, no response from support

I bought Ultra 1 GB SD card from zipzoomfly.com. It has a rebate of $30 through onrebate.com. I used the offer code and applied rebate through website. I also accepted their so called "no wait" rebate for which they charged $3.50 with the promise that rebate will arrive in 3-5 days of approval.

But the approval will only happen if they send me rebate form to print and send. Out of the 5 steps process I am on step 3 where I am waiting for the rebate tracking number from them so that I can fill the rebate form and send them across. I never had such an experience in any of my rebate before.

I have send many emails to support, none of them bounced but none of them replied either. I tried their customer service number which is automated and tells me the status that my email is recieved which makes no sense to me, if my email is received then they should send me the rebate form to print and apply rebate. Waiting for their response is frustating.
