Net applications illrgally took money from my bank account

I voluntarily opened an account with net applications. I was given an option to pay by invoice or pay with credit card. On their website www.hitslink.com, they claim that they do not store customer's credit card details.

One day, my account was past due but Net Applications did not suspend or cancel my account or neither sent me a notice that my account was past due but instead withdrew $180 from my account even though they claim that they do not store information. I was not given the option to pay by invoice.

For example, most companies will either suspend or cancel your account. NOT NET APPLICATIONS - THEY WILL JUST DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT AT WILL.

They also have this stated on their web site

Automated Billing

We will automatically bill your credit card on file for the full amount due on the 21th day of every month.

Enjoy uninterrupted monthly service without the need to write checks every month.

Invoice Billing

If your monthly bill is greater than $100, we will email you an invoice on the 21th day of every month. Your payment will be due upon receipt.

If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, or your monthly invoice is less than $100, your card will be automatically charged.

Finally, after they tried this on 4 or 5 different occasions, I decided to change my credit card number. I was notified by several companies (including facebook and Google) to update my account. I was surprised to see 2 unauthorized charges from net applications in the amount of $180.95 and $170.95. How in the world did NET APPLICATIONS have the new credit card details? I sent the company several emails but they will not respond. I finally called on the 30th of March and as soon as the lady (NICOLE) heard my voice she immediately hung up but sent me this email

"I am not going to continue to be harassed by you. You can have your bank contact me and discuss the issue, but I will not discuss it any further.

I told them once that I do not have problem paying for their service, if my account is past due after 30 days, you can go ahead and bill me and if you do not have the funds in my account... Suspend the account. Don't wait after 3 months and then bill my account multiple times. This is FRAUD. My account is tied to a checking account and as a result I get charged $34 for insufficient funds.

Surprisingly, my account was billed again with a new credit card that was not provided to them. Is NET APPLICATIONS aka www.hitslink.com a fraudulent company?

How did NET APPLICATIONS aka www.hitslink.com have access to my new credit card details? Why won't NET APPLICATIONS aka www.hitslink.com reply my emails? Who gave NET APPLICATIONS aka www.hitslink.com my new credit card number?

This is a rip off
