AFEFCU Demanding Auto Payroll Alottment even when loans are Current & Repo when Current

Admittedly I had a bad payment history with the credit union but recently since I've become current it is worse.

For the past few months I've been current on my loans through AFEFCU but in November when they took out money from my financial allottment on 11/13 when my car payment wasn't due until 12/7 I called, complained and they put it back in. This wasn't the first time it happened so I stopped my auto allottment but continued to remain current on my car loan and unsuecured loan.
My car loan payment due next is 1/7 and unsecured loan is due next 1/17.

Due to concerns I had with AFEFCU, I filed a complain with NCUA. Since filing the complaint:
- have added $480 in attorney fees to my car loan
- Over 30 days ago I asked about my interest on car loan because when I paid last payment early and a little extra, it was more principle then when I had previously been over a month late. ALso it was more than from the beginning of the loan.
-CLosed my account due to a auto pay I couldn't stop and because of a neg$10, closed my account
-with closed account demanded car loan payment in full by 1/2
- demanded auto allottment be reinstated
-plan to repo car anyhow, eventhough I asked about voluntary repo back in November
- said they are going to charge me $4.25 for every day the unsecured loan isn't paid in full (again, current and next payment due 1/17).

NCUA's decision hasn't been provided yet on my complaint.

I can send screen shots of being current so you know I'm not behind and complaining.
