Worldwebhosters.com claims it has 24 hour 7 days a week support.
I have informed them since February that they have billed me 3 times for my yearly hosting plan. The only response I received back was that they had no record of the transaction, even though they all appear on my VISA bill. This was over a week ago.
I have been trying for to get back the money owed to me and I'm getting no response. The site has no phone number, no address. They've been fine for the last two years and now all of a sudden this happens.
