I downloaded a program, paid for it, it had a virus, I cannot contact them for help.ccpayinfo.com internet

I had used a DVD shrink (free) frequently on my xp. With Vista I tried to download the same program. I picked the first listing on my search. I thought the free progrom had upgraded and now charged. It was a good program before so I paid.

Vista said it had a virus. It will not load or work. I cannot contact any of the websites listed on the invoice.

Is a rip off.
I can not contact any of the sites listed on my invoice.
