I ordered some lingerie for my wife from doxylingerie.com on April 8th. I even paid extra for the 2nd day shipping. It's been over a month and still no order and no refund. I have sent them five emails. At one point, Jennifer, the owner of the company, emailed me to say that my order was finally being shipped, a month later than the order. That was May 2nd. It's now May 21 and still no order has arrived and no refund. I sent them an email four days ago asking for a shipping confirmation or refund and still no response. Poor customer service! They are obviously a scam website.
