Fraudulent advertising of non existant products and services. Company is using many different web sites with same scam. Promises free legal unlimited DVD downloads.
Once you click to gain access, you must pay to register. The charges keep increasing until at the point you credit card is actually charged, it is twice what it was to start. You then enter the site to find it is only links to completely free software and P2P sites available to anyone at no cost.
The support page is a joke. You go around in a loop, never finding a valid contact or email.
Terms of service state 15 day money back guarantee, but there is no way to contact them. I finally found an email address hidden in some of the policy notes, and emailed a request for a refund and cancellation. My purchase was on 5-11-06, and it is only 5-15-06, well within the guarantee period. The email was returned as undeliverable due to the computer of the recipient was non-existant!
They also had a tel no. 1-866-240-2481, which I cannot connect to.
Please help me stop these people. This is a genuine internet scam I am ashamed to say I learned a LOT from this. I would like to get my $49 back.
Thank you for your help.
