Aspwebpro.com
Ripoff, order a product and did not received it. Fraudulent ripoff business Lima, NY 14485-9446

Warning.
As a developer, and a great supporter for other developers products for a few years now. I never thought, that I would be in a position, that will force me
in taking actions against another fellow developer. Recently, I found a particular website: http://www.aspwebpro.com, which was advertsing a product of theirs
called; 'StatTrack 4.0'. After reviewing the information, I' decided to purchased
the product using PayPal (http://www.paypal.com), which I should also point out
this website is considered a 'Verified' merchant.

After proceeding with the usual purchasing process, I' waited one day. Well, after
a day had pass, and I didn't received a confirmation from aspwebpro. I immediately
sent them an e-mail, asking them if they received my payment, and how long will
it take before I received my software application? Usually, most responsible dealers
or business online would only take a maximum of 24 hours, some would send you
a response within the very same day. Not with this service. I knew immediately
something was fishy.

I decided not to waste my time, and based on my experience in dealing with other
online merchants, which has been nothing but excellent service, I contacted PayPal
and sent them a official e-mail of my complaint. Now I 've to wait and see what
response I'm going to receive from them. Since aspwebpro has a big enough official
stamp indicating that they are a so-called 'Varified Merchant of PayPal', one would
tend to believe that, PayPal should be responsible in investigating those merchants
they support within thier own service, especially when a official complaint has been
filed.

The question now is, should I stop here, and wait to see what response I'm going
to receive from paypal. No, not really, I'm already in the process of reporting aspwebpro
to the consumer protection agency of the United States, which has a direct link
to: The Federal Trade Commision. Http://www.imsnricc.org/imsn/ushome.htm
and E-consumer goverment agency... Https://www.econsumer. Gov/imsn/wimsnery2$com. Main? P_lang_seq=1
In the meantime, I would like to personally thank the admin of this forum for allow me
to post this report online. I hope to prevent others from dealing with this website,
and getting caught like I did.

I'll keep everyone posted.
