2 years ago a purchased a subscription for ring tones for my celluar phone, before my subscription was to be renewed I cancelled it by calling 317-472-4960. I was informed that my subscription was cancelled.
A few months later I noticed that 3gupload had taken out of my account the renewal subscription fee of 7.99. I called 3gupload once again and had told them they made a mistake and I was insured that the money would be put back into my account.
One year later I notice that 3gupload had taken once again a subscription fee from my account. I called 3gupload a asked them why was my account being charged again, they assured me it was an accident and that the funds would be transferred back into my account. I made it clear that this was not to happen in the future and the sale rep said I would not be charged.
A couple of days ago I recieved on my account stament another charged from 3 gupload taking the last of my money in my account (I only had 10 bucks) resulting in over drafts. This will be the fourth time I have contacted 3 gupload in regards of them stealing from me. Please do not order from 3gupload they are a rip-off (literaly).
