I paid for only one month for a game for a friend as a gift. The game is not active at this time and the "subscription" was cancelled the day after I was charged the second time. So they (very games) received funds ($52.13 USD) for a service that is not active at this time. They also need to word thing better on their site It stated a "Month Subscription" not "A Monthly Subscription". I am not a stupid women and I can read a web site. I did however fail to read terms and conditions, thats my fault. If I had known there was a subscription I would have made sure it was cancelled after the first month. I was charges a second time on Feb 22 on Feb 23 the account cancelled. So, bottom line is I was charged for an account I do not have with very games $52.13 US dollars is what was taken from my account, on a cancelled inactive account. FYI I do not have an account with VeryGames when was told to go through thier support tab, I cannot go through their web site because I am not a member. I have told this several times to the "Billing Dept". Every time I emailed Billing they told me they could not help me.
I purchased through PayPal and did put in a claim. The claim was Denied and my money will not be refunded at this time.
