I too fell for the sales pitch and invested $4,498.00 in late January. After seeing the entries on the Rip-off web site and the complaints on the Better Business Bureau web site, I decided to fight for my money back.
I wrote a letter in mid-February and I am happy to say I received a *prompt and complete refund* of every penny.
I URGE you to write and complain. It does work!
They gave me all kinds of excuses and cited the terms and conditions of the contract. The manager I dealt with, Russ Harris, was very professional and courteous. He tried to pursuade me to wait 6 months, but I held my ground.
I will gladly make a copy of the letter available to anyone who would like a copy.
