Highergroundsoftware.com / Drivefix I bought software to recover a drive in Windows XP but only works with a Windows 98 boot up disk, would not give me a refund

I bought a Drivefix Hard Drive Machanic from http://www.highergroundsoftware.com / with a 100% money back guarentee if you were not completely satisfied.

It didn't work on Windows XP as it says it does, so I e-mailed them and they asked me to boot up windows 98 from a floppy and install it that way, never actually running it through windows XP. I do not have a floppy drive on my laptop and if you buy something that works on Windows XP you would not expect to have to boot up your machine in a different Operating System.

I paid $69.97 for it through paypal and they will not give me my money back.
