I too fell victim to American Computer Supplies. I agreed to try their ink cartridges for one of the ink jets in my office (we have three different brands), but two weeks after receiving the trial package, I got a call from one of their representatives saying the account was paid and closed out. So I said "Ok", although I knew my company had not sent them one red cent.
A few days after that I received a much larger package from them and a phone call stating that I owed them close to $400 for ink cartridges for one ink jet printer.
I did not argue with the representative on the phone. I simply returned both unopened packages to them. I received another phone call after they received the packages saying that I could not return the packages without return authorization. I told them that if they send the packages back I am going to refuse them. Of course, I had proof that they had been received.
Well, they sent a couple more invoices for payment, and I just sent them back to them. They never sent the packages back, though, and my company hasn't paid them anything.
Stay away from this company, as they are frauds.
